Do angels have a certain form?

The answer

St. Macarius says, “[The soul] has an image or form in the same way as an angel has. As the angels have an image or form, and as the outward man has his image, so the inner man has an image like an angel’s, and a form like that of the outward man.”⁶⁵⁷
