The question

If we know that the 25^th of December is closer to Christ's birthday than the 7^th; why do not we celebrate on the 25^th with the other churches?

As a matter of fact neither the 25^th not the 7^th are closer to the real time of the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. This difference in date has nothing to do with the real birth date.
