The question

Is it right to annul a marriage if before the marriage, the wife doesn't tell that she is unable to have kids?

The answer

No, the church will not annul the marriage if a wife before the marriage does not tell that she is unable to have kids. How would she know that she is unable to have kids! Unless of course if she failed to mention that she had surgery before marriage and both her ovaries or her uterus were removed
