Is John who wrote one of the New Testament Gospels, the same as 1 John, 2nd and 3rd? Also is he the same one who wrote Revelation? Also is he John the Beloved?

St. John the Beloved is one of the twelve disciples and author of the Holy Gospel according to St. John, First, Second, and Third Epistle of St. John, and the Book of Revelation.
