If a person does sexual acts before marriage, but still remains a virgin, does the other spouse still need to know about those sexual acts the person had committed even though that person is still virgin?

While on the one hand, there is no need to offer details, on the other hand, there is no need for deceit. The best approach is the take the guidance of your father of confession.
