The question

If someone was possessed for a long time and had kids during the time of it does this effect the kids in any way?

The answer

Everyone is born in Satan's clutches. That is why we become a new creation in Christ Jesus in the Holy Mystery of Baptism. "Jesus answered, 'Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.'" (John 3:5).
