In regards to Tobit's story and the awaiting of three days praying and asking God for the marriage to be. Where do I find it?

The answer

The story of Tobias marriage is present in our Arabic translation (Chapter 6:17-the end of the chapter) and in the Latin Vulgate Bible translated by St. Jerome from the Greek Septuagint in A.D. 383-A.D. 405. The English version of the Vulgate is known as the Douay Rheims Bible and is available in print and online. Check this website for a complete copy of the text:
