The answer
The wine which the Lord converted from water was not fermented, it was refreshing grape juice, and for this reason, the master of the house commented, “Every man at the beginning sets out the good wine, and when men have well drunk, then that which is inferior, but you have kept the good wine until now” (John 2:10).
