The answer
To clearly define the goal, and to determine the way and channels to achieve the goal. Our goal as servants is threefold:
1- To attract the outsiders to come into the church.
2- To build those inside to grow and become strong in Christ.
3- For those who become strong to serve those outside and bring them into the church.
These three goals form the circle of Christian life and service, and if this circle is broken in any part, it will result in a loss for the church, and a loss of the main goal of church service.
