The answer
1- personal touch of love in order to make them feel accepted and invited.
2- Prayer, in order to ask the Holy Spirit to work inside the hearts of those who are outside of the church to come in.
3- Preaching the gospel, through visitations, sending letters, and being friends with them.
4- Participation, in order for them to feel a sense of belonging and responsibility when they come to church. They must be active participants in the church.
